This policy explains what information Colic Protocol collects when you use colicprotocol.baby, why we collect it, and who we share it with. If anything here is unclear, email hello@colicprotocol.baby and we'll explain it plainly.
What we collect
When you take the free assessment or download the free checklist, we collect your first name and email address, and which of the three root-cause systems (gut, nervous system, or acoustic) your answers pointed to. When you purchase the Calm Baby Blueprint, payment is processed entirely by Gumroad, we never see or store your card details.
We also collect basic, aggregate site-traffic data through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you individually across other sites. We do not use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics with cross-site tracking, or any advertising retargeting pixel on this site.
How we use it
- To send you your assessment result and the free checklist
- To send a short email sequence with information relevant to your baby's likely primary system
- To occasionally let you know about the Calm Baby Blueprint or related updates
- To attribute which platform (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) referred you, using UTM parameters, so we know which content is actually helpful, not to track you individually elsewhere
Who we share it with
We use MailerLite to send email and store your name, email, and colic-type tag. We use Gumroad to process Blueprint purchases and deliver the download. We use Cloudflare to host this site and run the assessment's backend function. None of these providers are permitted to sell your information, and we don't sell it either, to anyone, ever.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@colicprotocol.baby at any time to unsubscribe, ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
Children's privacy
This site is about caring for infants, but it is intended for use by adult parents and caregivers, not by children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, email active subscribers directly.
